Grading System:Grades will be based on assignments, daily work, lab reports, projects, quizzes (may be unannounced), tests, and daily grade or participation points.
The grading scale is as follows: Grading Categories
94 – 100 A Homework 20%
86 – 93 B Lab Questions and Activities 20%
77 – 85 C Lab Reports, Papers, Projects, and Other 30%
70 – 76 D Tests and Quizzes 30%
Below 70 F
Assignments are due at the beginning of class on the specified date. Late work will receive a grade penalty of up to %50 off.

Requirements: Students should have a 3-ring binder to put notes, handouts, homework, and tests in. It’s recommended for the binder be organized and labeled either chronologically according to units and chapters or by sections such as notes, assignments, homework, tests and quizzes, and other.
